
About Lisa Coleman
Lisa is committed to helping clients achieve their goals through a structured and practical approach. She has helped leaders at public and private companies ranging in size from large multinationals to early stage ventures and large non profits including Best Buy, Central Garden & Pet, Darden Restaurants, Dave & Busters, Discover Financial Services, Gap Inc., HSN, Invesco, Lurie Children’s Hospital, Neiman Marcus, Northwestern University, PVH, Rice University, Spotify, Tampa General Hospital, University of Florida, Warner Bros. Discovery, Whole Foods Markets and Yum! Brands. She has also worked with leaders at a number of private equity and venture capital firm portfolio companies.
Prior to starting her firm, Lisa served as a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global executive search and leadership development firm. Along with providing leadership assessment and recruiting board, C-suite and executive level talent, she developed the firm’s onboarding program to mentor and coach new consultants. Earlier in her career, she served as Human Capital Partner for Maveron, a consumer only venture capital firm, and as a Partner at Korn/Ferry International. Lisa also worked as a Career Advisor at Rice University.
She earned a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida and completed graduate studies and an Organizational and Leadership Coaching Certification at Northwestern University. She holds a Coaching Credential through the International Coaching Federation and is certified in Hogan, Clifton Strengths, Center for Creative Leadership 360 Benchmarks, and PrinciplesYou assessments.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Central Garden & Pet (NASDAQ:CENT), a leading consumer products company in the garden and pet supplies industry, where she is Chair of the Talent, Capabilities and Succession Committee, and a member of the Audit and Compensation committees. She also serves as a Talent Advisor for Vocap Investment Partners, a technology focused venture capital firm. She served on the board of Presbyterian School of Houston as Board Secretary and a member of the Executive and Nomination and Governance committees. She also served on the board of the Greater Tampa Bay Scouts.




Lisa has over 30 years of diverse corporate and consulting experience in the field of leadership and human capital. She specializes in executive coaching, leadership development and career transition coaching, helping individuals navigate professional transitions, new leadership roles and careers. Her work with organizations focuses on designing and improving succession plans to support successful leadership transitions.
