About Lisa Coleman

Lisa has over 25 years of experience in talent management and development including executive coaching, leadership development, leadership and succession planning, talent acquisition, and career development. Lisa provides a broad range of coaching and talent management services, specializing in executive coaching, executive onboarding, leadership development and career transitions. Lisa also engages in board advisory projects serving public and private companies, and non-profits.

Prior to starting her coaching and advisory firm, Lisa served as a Managing Director at a leading global executive search and leadership development firm, Russell Reynolds Associates. Along with recruiting board, C-suite and executive level talent for a variety of clients, she mentored and coached new consultants hired from industry. Prior, she served as Human Capital Partner for Maveron, a consumer only venture capital firm, and as a Partner at Korn/Ferry International. Lisa also worked as a Career Advisor at Rice University, helping undergraduates, graduate students and alumni develop plans to achieve meaningful careers.

 

Lisa earned a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida and completed graduate studies and an Organizational and Leadership Coaching Certification at Northwestern University. She holds an ACC credential from the International Coach Federation, is a member of the National Career Development Association, and is certified in a suite of Hogan assessments used for career transitions, talent development and selection. She currently serves as a Board Director for Central Garden & Pet (NASDAQ: CENT), and served on the Board of Trustees for Presbyterian School of Houston and as an Executive Board Member for the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
